If you’ve been following truck headlines, chances are that you’ve heard that Ram is reviving the Dakota. The future Ram Dakota will be in the same weight class as the Colorado, Ranger, and Tacoma. The Dakota will be a scaled-down version of the Ram 1500.

It will have some similarities to the 1500, including LED headlights and a matching grill. The Dakota will also have the same engine that you find in most Jeeps, including the Wrangler. The Dakota will get 285 horsepower, and it is expected to come out in either 2022 or 2023, making it a 2023 or 2024 model.
