The 2022 I.D. Buzz is a modern revival of the Microbus. Fans of VW might remember the Microbus’ classic, beloved body style, which remains one of the most recognizable of the twentieth century. The 2022 I.D. Buzz is a reboot, and it will come in both a passenger-carrier or a commercial van.

The commercial van will be called the Cargo, and it will get rid of the passenger-carrier’s row seats in order to maximize load space. One of the most exciting features of the new I.D. Buzz is that it will be the first all-electric van of its kind to hit the market. VW has beaten Ford, Chevy, and others to the punch with the I.D. electric van.
