It was in 2009, that The Dr. Oz Show premiered on network television. Going back for more than a decade now, Dr. Oz’s 9-time Emmy Award-winning show has been giving viewers information and advice about whichever health or wellness issues happen to be trending at the time.

Some people thought that the show was starting to lose its steam in the mid-2010s, but these naysayers were proved wrong when the network renewed his talk show, in April 2018, for 2 additional seasons. And then did so again in the fall of 2020, which has, in turn, now extended the run of the Dr.’s show to, at least, 14 seasons, through to the spring of 2023.
