According to actress Aimee Lou Wood, her relationship with her Sex Education co-star, Connor Swindells, wasn’t “serving” both of them, so they called it off. The two began dating after they met on set, and, though they split up in 2020, they have remained on good terms ever since.

The two split shortly before the release of the latest season, mirroring their pairing on-screen. Wood and Swindells dated on the show but, much like their real-life, off-screen romantic relationship, it didn’t work out (though we assume the split was for different reasons than those pictured on Sex Education).
