The X Files, which was on the air from 1993 to 2001, was one of the ‘90s most popular sci-fi shows. The show featured a four-door Ford Torino from 1973, and, though there were a lot of those produced, the one in the X-Files was featured in The Big Lebowski, albeit in a much more noticeable role.

The car was driven by star Jeff Bridges, even though it was totaled in The X-Files. The Torino was one of two that Bridges drove in The Big Lebowski, as the other was ruined during the production of the movie’s car-park fight scene.
