96. Wax On, Wax Off!
Items Needed: High-quality car wax, soft cloth, wax pad
Est. Price: $20-$30 per bottle of wax*
Many car owners choose to wax their car because it produces a super-shiny surface finish. Though wax isn’t durable and the effect is only temporary, waxing gives you that new-car shine. Once your car is fully-polished, even small imperfections in the paint will be covered up.
You can pay to get your car waxes, or you can do it yourself. The Drive advises choosing the Carfidant Ultimate Liquid Wax or Meguiar’s Ultimate Liquid Wax for DIY’ing it. Clean your car and follow the instructions on the bottle. Make sure to apply the wax with small, circular motions and remove it with a soft cloth when you’re done.
