Downton Abbey: Again, not Hollywood proper, but the Europeans are taking a page from the Hollywood playbook. Ending in 2015 after six seasons, the creators of this series must have run out of spending cash and wanted to see how much more revenue it could generate by giving viewers a movie. That movie must have done the trick for their bank accounts because, in 2022, a second movie made its way into theaters. Can’t they just let the Crawley family live in peace?
