Cate Blanchett has never been afraid to shy away from big statement necklaces, so perhaps it was only fitting that in 2015 she wore a turquoise and diamond bib necklace to the Oscars. Designed by Tiffany & Co and part of one of their collections at the time, the colorful piece certainly commanded attention.
