About Peter Dundas, Ciara said that the designer showed her the idea for the dress and look and she immediately knew, “This was it.” Ciara said that fashion was a “big part” of the way she “express[es] herself,” so she knew she wanted her dress to be extra meaningful as a tribute to her husband.
