The design consisted of 95,000 glass beads, crystals, and sequins, all embroidered into the lavish dress. To match the gown, Qualley donned a pair of white gold and diamond earrings, along with a matching tiara. The entire look was classic, making the Maid star look as though she stepped out of a royal court in the early twentieth century.
