The star paired her diamond jewelry with a Dior Haute Couture gown that was backless and pale yellow.

The jewels came courtesy of Tiffany & Co. Joy’s look consisted of diamond and platinum starburst earrings, a baguette diamond and yellow sapphire bracelet from the Blue Book Collection, and two huge statement rings, one yellow sapphire and the other platinum.
