Wallpaper has made a bit of a comeback, as advances in home décor technology have made them easier to remove and put on. The paper itself is higher-quality, with far less fading. Still, be careful with wallpaper. Too much wallpaper shrinks a room, and future homeowners will be thinking about the time and labor they’ll have to put in to remove it. The thought of weeks spent scraping wallpaper off will likely cause them to pass your home on by.
