They take up space from the bedroom, and a spacious bedroom adds value to a home. You want the bedroom to be as space-conscious as possible for potential buyers. Additionally, not everyone has the wardrobe and shoe collection to fill a walk-in closet, making this a feature that won’t be useful to the majority of potential buyers.
