Sports Cities and the Athletes They Hate

Half of Europe: Most Football Players

There are few things in the world that all cultures love. One is coffee, and the other is football. Europe has often been at the tip of the football-loving spear for ages. Unfortunately, when it comes to fan hatred, there are too many cities to call out and too many players to name. There is Eric Cantona, who kicked a fan during a match. Striker Duncan Ferguson assaulted a player on the field and ended up in prison. Or there is Luis Suarez who bit a player during a game on more than one occasion. Perhaps these footballers would have been well-served to spend some time around bickering toddlers to learn about civility.
