Both a medical show and a situation-comedy, Scrubs remains one of the more unique shows to ever grace our television screens. For nearly all nine seasons the entire cast remained the same, consisting of Zach Braff, Sarah Chalke, Donald Faison, Neal Flynn, John C. McGinley, Ken Jenkins, and more.

The show had a unique run in that it was dropped by its network after eight seasons, and then picked up by another network for its ninth and final season. Nowadays, it’s not uncommon to see this happen after fans petition to keep their favorite shows on the air.
