Another Airline Equality reviewer said the same, saying it was a “bad experience” trying to make it through the airport. Though Changi got high marks for its shops and restaurants, the airport is confusing. The airport is futuristic and higher-tech than a lot of airports out there, but it seems like it still has work to do, as far as service goes.
